Depression is the most common health problem which is faced by almost every individual without the boundary of age limits. However, the good thing about this problem is you can easily treat this problem with many different methods.

Search for the reason of depression:

The first thing you need is to know about the reason of depression. May be you are depressed with any family tension or office issues. When you find the reason just try to resolve it. If you are depressed because of any office problem then do try to talk to your office colleagues you will definitely got any solution.

Change in Diet:

In order to cut down depression you need to change your diets. Such as if you do take coffees, soda waters, smoking, different type of drinks which contain caffeine then you must quit all such food items. Because all such drinks enhance your depression by stimulating the brain cells, for short time you may get some relaxation from taking these drinks but they end up with many worst effects on your body and brain.

Sleep well:

Your Sleeping pattern does affect your whole body system. So must sleep in order, do take at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily. And try to avoid thinking on your problems which gives you tension. These entire problems will not give you better sleep and you wake up in morning with tiredness. So must avoid thinking on these issues.

Use Avocado Leaves:

It is a perfect home remedy which you can do easily at home. Just you need to put avocado leaf on your forehead and lay down for relaxation. This leaf will heal your depression and gives you a soothing feeling. You can also do it while sleeping as this will also helps in taking a sound sleep.
