Expectations of most people on the exercise have many reasons; some of them want to loss weight, firm up their body strength, firm their shape, prevent and control the disease such as diabetes, highness of cholesterol level in blood, high pressure, heart attack. While the benefits of exercise don’t limit to the physical health only, it is also good for mental health too as heard as exercise for relaxing. That makes people understand that our body has some chemical run out from the brain while exercise, this chemical called Neurotransmitter which have affect on the control of mind and emotion. That effect result to feeling happy and relaxing after exercise, but this theory doesn’t have medical proving clearing yet. However, the exercise benefit for relaxing the stress, due to.

* Exercise helps you eating better. Mean in people with often exercise then eat good nutritive foods profiting their body which these nutrients are used by the body for protect and manage with the stress effectively.
* Exercise helps better sleep because the muscles around your body are utilized, including clearly mind.
* Exercise helps prevent the diseases causing from the stress such as hypertension, high cholesterol level, heart disease.
Steps for exercise
From the benefits of exercise which help decreasing the tension and great stress management as above mention, you should seek a free time to yourself up to 30 minutes a time. Start your exercise with the activities that you feel happy, the exercise is flexible and various such as resistance training, aerobic exercise including running, jogging, walking, swimming, biking, or attending aerobic class, including sport game like tennis, badminton, volleyball, football.
Should exercise at least 5-6 time per week and the hard of exercise must be moderate means feeling harder than normal but not too tried. Too hard exercise may make the funny of exercise decrease and serious. For people with no motivate in exercising or afraid of continually in exercise, invite your friend for exercise together and set the point of exercise other than stress relaxing can stimulate yourself for exercising for a long time.
More then the above exercise, there are the other training which can reduce the stress, this technique called Mind-body work out means training both physical and mental together as famous know as Yoga and Pilates. These training are easy, no payment, no lose time, and no traveling but can do relaxing the stress as well. Training the relaxation breathing can be start with sitting (or lie down) and close your eyes for 30 seconds and not thinking for anything, concentrate on breathing in and out with slowly like sleeping, unrestrainted and releasing out the stress in every breath. Slow down the breath naturally and make your self relaxing together. With this technique, the management to control relaxing in each body part is possible. While breathing out loosen your neck muscle, and next breathing out loose shoulder muscle, and so on next breathing out until completely all body part by start from upside down to the feet ( head, neck, shoulder, arm, hand, chest, stomach, hip, thigh, knee, calf, ankle, and ended with feet)
Another method to relax muscle call Muscle relaxation sequence is like the relaxation breathing by focusing of each muscle body but harden the muscle first then loose the muscles which can fully relaxation the muscle. After complete, rest sit (lie down) for a few minutes before standing up.
