Firstly purchase a cleanser which is just according to your skin, if you skin is dry then go for a cleanser which is designed for dry skin. Similarly oily skin women should go for cleanser which is good for oily skin and

People with normal skin can go for cleanser which is perfect for normal skin. Now start cleansing with the soft hand. You need to gently massage over your skin and see how it works. It is very important for you to massage gently and softly as it will give an amazing and soothing effect on your skin. Also you will feel amazing. Now after applying cleanser you should go for tonner. Apply toner gently in a clockwise direction and see its miracles.

If you are a working women or studying in school then must apply sun block before going out from the home. Application is very simple just before leaving home you need to apply it and after every 2 hours you need to refresh it with your sun block. So remember to apply it after two hours.

After coming back from your work place you need to again spend some time with your skin. Now just take two table spoon of oatmeal and mix it with milk. Now apply it on your skin and massage with it gently. After applying rinses it with cold chilled water. By doing this you will actually prevent your skin from getting sun tan.
