Eyes Exercises to Make Vision Clear

Perfect vision means the clear vision. The clear vision is rather an important aspect in everyone’s life. A person is said to be a clear vision person is one which can easily and clearly visualize the thing around him whether these things are near or far to him. On the other hand a UN clear vision is one that can have some problems in visualizing the objects. But you can make your vision absolutely perfect by just exercising only 15 minutes daily.

Now you are shocked at this time that how it is possible to make the vision clear and perfect without any medicine or eye drops. But it is possible from now. But first understand the types of problems that your eye could be suffering include myopia (the near sightedness), hyperopia (far sightedness), presbyopia (middle age sight) and many others. it is not anymore a problem for you to eliminate these problems from your eyes but it needs your help and support indeed. Now you can start these exercises from here. Just pleasantly sit on a chair and rub your hands until they got warmth effect. Then you close your eyes and put your hands on them lightly. Don’t give pressure on your eyes your hands should be just cover your eyes and nothing else. You should be sure that there are no light rays entering or passing from your eyes. So you should cover your eyes by covering it with your fingers all together. After which you are feeling some different colors in your eyes. You should only concentrate on black color and it should be a deep concentration of black color. Take slow and a deep breath and think of some happy incident which was happened with you repeat this method 3 to 4 times and you could see a difference in few days.
