Noon should be as supple as you can, obviously if you are in a professional environment then you must not adopt this. So if you can sleep then must take a quick nap in the noon time as it can give you freshness for the rest of your day. Eat something light as your lunch like some fruit and vegetable so that you will be able to have a proper dinner at night.
Evening or nighttime:
For everyone it is advised to have dinner early and then go for a short walk, then you can sleep early at night just around after 2 hours of having dinner. So must go on and make your life as healthy as you can and as you wish.
